Home retreat is a powerful way to bring your spiritual practice right into the heart of your daily life.  Before the retreat, you will have abundant support and guidance as to how to make the most of this opportunity for yourself before the retreat begins.

This at-home, online mindfulness retreat includes:

  • 2 live sessions* daily with your teacher

  • Daily guided meditations

  • Mindful movement

  • Practice instructions for the day

  • Free time to contemplate and journal

  • Evening talk with Q & A.

RETREAT THEME:  

The Heart of Awareness

Known as the brahma-viharas, or the 'divine abodes,' the qualities of heartfulness - kindness, compassion, appreciative joy, and equanimity - provide deep rest and homecoming.

Each day will be dedicated to cultivating one heart quality:

  • Start the day with a guided meditation 

  • Meditate, contemplate, journal on that theme

  • Listen to an evening talk with Q&A.
